Thinking About Recycled Things and the Future

I need a break, but I can't have one...yet. April has proven to be a bit more hectic than expected. There have been so many wonderful opportunities presented to me and I kept saying "yes! Yes! YES!" and now I'm wanting to say "no. No. NO! I need a vacation!"

I'll be getting a little break this weekend since spring break starts on Friday and my girls will be visiting their grandparents. I don't plan of doing any crafting then either or most of next week (my birthday is the 20th, then we have Earth Day on the 22nd and Easter on the 24th).

But before we get to next week, let's talk about things happening right now (and last week).

Do you remember me mentioning potty training and my Polaroid PoGo printer? Well, I combined the two along with my cell phone camera and created this layout that was featured over at Ella Publishing:

The challenge was to document an entire day with photos and (crazy me) I decided to capture the day that I attempted to potty train my two-year-old. Read Your Life, Hour By Hour by Elizabeth Dillow to learn more about this challenge and to see layouts by other participants.

Where else have I been in the blogosphere?

And what's on my to do list next? A ScrapTiffany Recycled Blog Hop! I'll have two projects, one for here and one for ecoScrapbook. If you want to join in the blog hop fun and get a chance to win prizes, Thursday (4/14) looks like the best day to participate. I'll see you then!
